Afro_claims_deptt@yahoo.co.uk informed about winning of lottery of US820000. Pl confirm its genuineness?

Euro-Afro-American Lottery vide e-mail informed me about winning of lottery of US820000 and on submission of claim form they asked for remittance of arount USD900 as processing fee, which is huge amount in Indian currency. Before remitting the amount I want to know whether the lottery is genuine and just a bogus lottery which are being communicated by using the Internet Services just to cheat the public. This Euro-Afro-American Lottery has also issued Certificate of Winning Lottery and copy of Pport of Mr. David Dambo of South Africa, who is designated on e-mail as Regional Coordinator. Since such e-main has been enamanated from Yahoo domain, I feel Yahoo may be in a position to confirm about its legality as its said that selection has been done from the email addresses.
