This indifferent guy is driving me CRAZY!?

I'm actually exactly like this guy. I would just go up to him, he's probably just shy or has some social anxieties or something like that. So if you really want him then go up to him introduce yourself and maybe give a complement. I know I would love if a girl came up to me instead of me always having to go up to them lol.
