TaxAct Endeavor Card,I applied to recieve my federal AND state tax return on it through taxact,will I?

TaxAct Endeavor Card,I applied to receive my federal AND state tax return on it through taxact,will I receive it on one card or be mailed two separate cards? and also,how long does it usually take PA state refund to be put on the card? my federal is already on it.My PA taxes were processed on the 27th of Jan.
