Would you make this fantasy league trade??

i am in a keeper league and fellow friends wants M.Colston from me bad...he has offered me 2 2nd round draft picks for next year as well at JaMarcus Russell, Vernand Morency, Jerry Porter, Joey galloway and kevin curtis...ALL for COLSTON....i am not high on porter as he's never fulfilled potential, galloway has age and morency is questionable as being full time starter....upside to k.curtis in philly and upside to porter is he's number one dude now...upside to galloway is he's not lost his speed and upside to morency is he's probably the sure starter over jackson...please help...would you make this 5 for 1 plus 2 draft picks??
