How can i tell him that i love being around him without being too obvious? please answers!!!!?

First off, I'm a guy roughly the same age. When you think you're going to text him for the first time, don't try to be all romantic about it - I personally think it would scare him off if he's as shy as you claimed him to be. Instead, maybe try to be friendly with a touch of flirt. Get to know him better, and gradually build up your confidence in opening up to him. If he likes you too, which it seems the case, he WILL respond and hopefully flirt back with you. Over time, you can slowly expand your comfort zone, like beginning to call each other, hang out, go on dates, have , etc. As long as you take things slowly but not TOO slowly, I think things will work out with you two :)
