I really screwed up with my boyfriend and he wont talk to me. what can i do to blow him away?

ok so i had a complete meltdown on my boyfriend and now he wont talk to me. he loves me alot and i need some really romantic ideas to get him back. something i can send to him, email him, leave on his truck. I hope that someone can help me, i really love this man with all my heart. i just moved into my own place now and we have more space between us and i hope that will help. valentines day is coming up and he will just be getting back from his trip from europe, what can i do to blow his mind ?
