Is Charlie Sheen mentally unstable?

Yes. He took a drug test on one of those shows, think it was The Today Show & it came back clean. I think he definitely has Bipolar Disorder 1 & he's in a state of full blown mania. He also has been in & out of psych wards his entire life but people neglect to share that always.
