Is it any harder for Immigrants married to US citizens who have degrees from foreign countries to get a job?

probably English language skills are as important, but it depends on the type of position and past experience. hard to verify prior employment in Russia or Ukraine. hard to evaluate if that experience would qualify for the current position or not.
