Nfl tour game?

well i played nfl tour on xbox360 it was awesome i really like how i can reverse everybody tackles once i did it so much time when they did the throwoff i reverse everyones tackle and got to the touchdown can you did on any nfl street game i would like to get a game like this on my psp so theres only nfl street 2 and nfl street3 on psp so can you reverse tackles on nfl street
