What do you think of the name Celia or Cecilia?

We are expecting a little girl in early October. My husband's maternal grandmother just ped away and she always said her favorite girl's name is Cecilia. We were thinking we were going to name our little girl Cecilia and how happy it would make her. I prefer the name Celia, however, is Celia a nickname for Cecilia? And does Celia Crosby or Cecilia Crosby sound okay (Crosby is our last name) ??
