I agree with you. The main reason for the continued increase in greenhouse gases since the Kyoto Treaty has been developing Nations. Both China, the #1 emitter of total greenhouse gases, and India, #3 total greenhouse emitter, have both said that they will not put their economic growth at risk even if the Developed Nations reduced their emissions by up to 80%. It is also very suspicious if you actually read that a 80% reduction in man made greenhouse gases will drop the level of CO2 from roughly 380ppm to around 220 to 240 ppm which is between 40 to 60 ppm below the low level baseline of 280 ppm usually recognized by the climate scientists as being the baseline during this inter glacieral period.
