Will the middle east/india ever become a free, safe, first world growing nation?

Will the middle east ever become a place of freedom where it is safe and there is a politically correct government, built up cities with mive skylines including nightlife, attractions, good roads/sidewalks that you can even take a baby out for a stroll on it's that safe, subway systems, houses in the city/suburbs, a nation where tourists come to visit and a countryside that have pavement roads along the dusty desert. Will this ever happen and will the revolution make this come true?
