Too much TMI, sorry! 37w3d?

Okay, I'm 37w3d..Constant nausea, a mixture of loose/regular stool, extremely swollen/sore , clear slime-like mucous (I've already lost my plug), running a fever of about 100.1 off and on, exhausted, and I feel like I've been hit by a truck. I see my doctor tomorrow afternoon, but I was wondering if this all sounds like labor will be soon..? If I don't have her by the end of the week, the doctor will be inducing this weekend (Easter Sunday) I'm already 2 1/2cm dilated...
