Will you get sick if you don't cook a Hot Pocket?

I brought a Spinach Artichoke Chicken Hot Pocket to work to eat for lunch and it's all defrosted now since it's been sitting in my bag for the past 5 hours...can I just eat it without sticking it in the microwave?
